IU Northwest Director of Athletics Kristofer Schnatz has officially opened up a search for the program's first cross country coach. This opening is a part-time position on campus, reporting directly to the Director of Athletics. The Head Men's/Women's Cross Country Coach will be expected to collaborate with the athletics staff in order to establish and develop a competitive NAIA program.

"This is the first step in our expansion process as we move toward at least six varsity teams on campus" said Schnatz, noting that the RedHawk Program is looking to add three teams by the 2015-16 academic year. "We are looking for an energetic candidate who has the desire to help us develop a successful cross country program."

The Office of Athletics continues to work closely with current students and staff throughout the campus in order to determine which programs they will add following the development of the cross country teams.

Interested applicants should apply online at https://jobs.iu.edu/ and search the Northwest Campus Openings. Please provide a cover letter and resume. Applicants will be reviewed until the position is filled.
