Kelly Dobson of Boone Grove High School (Valparaiso, IN) has committed to continuing her education and basketball career at Indiana University Northwest beginning in the fall of 2010. Dobson, a 5'11" forward is currently leading the 6th ranked (2A) Boone Grove Lady Wolves (12-1) in scoring (14.2), rebounding (5.2) 3-pt field goals (22) and field goal percentage (48.9). Additionally, she ranks second on the team in 3-point percentage (33.8), steals (31) and free throw percentage (81%).

Dobson was voted team most valuable player in both her sophomore (10) and junior (11) seasons and was selected Porter County All-Conference the past 2 years. In 2007, she helped lead Boone Grove to the sectional championship as well as the 2008-2009 PCC Tournament Championship as well as this year's South County Tournament Championship. Additionally, Dobson was named All-Area Second Team (10) All-Area Honorable Mention (11), All-State Honorable Mention (12), Times Preseason All-Area Team (11) and Times Player of the Week: (10, 11, 12) and All-State Honorable Mention (11).
