Omar Vazquez - Head Coach - 3rd Season
Omar Vazquez begins his fourth season as head coach for women's volleyball at Indiana University Northwest.  Coach Vasquez brings 28 years of coaching experience to the Lady RedHawks. He has coached volleyball at the middle school, high school and college levels.  Coach Vasquez earned a B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico, (1984) and a M.S. University of Dayton (1985).  He is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico

Pamela McElroy - Assistant Coach - 1st Season
Pamela McElroy begins her first season as as assistant coach for the Lady RedHawks.  Born in Westwood, NJ, later was a prep standout in volleyball for Coach Vasquez at Wirt High School (1989-1993).  Coach McElroy earned a B.A. in Psychology, 1999 and starred in volleyball at Albany State University (NCAA Division II, Albany, GA).  While at ASU, Pam was a setter/defensive specialist and was a SIAC Tournament Champion in 1998. She earned a M.A. in Sociology
from Roosevelt University, Chicago IL.
